TERMS OF PURCHASE
The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Purchase”) apply to any purchase of products through the PUMA online store at vn.puma.com (“PUMA Online Store”). These Terms of Purchase are incorporated into and made a material part of any purchase order.
1. PUMA Online Store
The PUMA Online Store in Vietnam is operated by PUMA SPORTS VIETNAM CO., LTD. having its registered office at 2nd Floor, Lim Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City ("PUMA").
2. Ordering
Eligibility to purchase
To be eligible to purchase from the PUMA Online Store, you have to be:
(a) 15 years of age or older and not otherwise legally incapacitated; and
(b) purchasing in a consumer or end-user capacity (ie, you cannot purchase from the PUMA Online Store as a reseller).
Placing orders
Please take care to check that the information you provide to PUMA in your order is accurate and complete. PUMA will be relying on the information you provide to fulfil your order. You may be liable for additional costs that PUMA incurs if any details are inaccurate (e.g., if PUMA incurs extra delivery costs due to incorrect address details).
Orders for products
The presentation of products on the PUMA Online Store is an invitation for you to submit an offer to purchase such products by submitting an order. By clicking the "Send order" button in the last stage of the ordering process, you are issuing an offer to purchase the products you have placed in the shopping cart.
3. Accepting an order
If PUMA accepts your offer, you will be notified by email. Such notification constitutes PUMA’s acceptance of your order for the products and a binding contract of sale is thereby concluded between you and PUMA.
If you have not received such email notification from PUMA within 1 day of submitting your order, please contact PUMA to check the status (How to contact PUMA details are below).
PUMA reserves the right to accept or reject an order. The decision is made at the discretion of PUMA. If an order is not accepted, PUMA will also inform you by email. If one or more of the items you have ordered are sold out at the time of ordering or in circumstance of conflicting purchases leading to stocks insufficiency, PUMA may be unable to accept or process your order. PUMA will inform you by email if this should be the case and refund any amounts already paid.
4. Products
Product availability
Different types of products may be displayed on the PUMA Online Store from time to time.
PUMA reserves the right to limit the quantity of any given products that may be purchased in a single transaction or by a single customer. In particular, such right may be exercised in the case of limited edition or limited production products.
All products shown in the PUMA Online Store are subject to availability. This means that, although PUMA strives to ensure that the PUMA Online Store reflects the availability of stock, a product shown on the PUMA Online Store may no longer be available for purchase.
Product details
Minor differences in colour and other variations in products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. To the extent permitted by law: (a) PUMA is not liable for these variations and deviations; (b) PUMA is not bound by and is not liable for any typing errors, inaccurate product descriptions or manifest errors on the PUMA Online Store; and (c) PUMA reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Product care and handling
PUMA draws your attention to the product care and handling instructions or advice printed on the labels and tags attached to the products. To the extent permitted by law, PUMA is not liable for any damage resulting from improper care or handling of products, including handling contrary to the instructions or advice. Any alterations, modifications, or customizations made to the product by the customer will void any claims for damage or defects.
5. Pricing
The stated prices include value-added tax (“VAT”). Prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong. PUMA reserves the right to make price changes prior to an order placed by you. PUMA reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time.
6. Delivery and Delivery charges
Ordered products will be delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. We only deliver to addresses within Vietnam, excluding restricted areas.
Shipping costs and availability of free shipping will vary according to shipping address. Please refer to the Delivery T&Cs for shipping rates. Deliveries will be made on business days (Mondays to Fridays), excluding public holidays, in Vietnam. Therefore, please take into account any public holidays when placing your order.
Delivery periods are indicative and are therefore not regarded as strict deadlines. The mere fact that a delivery period is exceeded does not entitle you to compensation and to the extent permitted by law you hereby waive your rights to claim damages.
Determining the responsibilities between PUMA and transport service providers:
a. Rights and obligations of PUMA
- Request the transporter to transport the products to the designated address in the purchase order.
- Pay the full transportation fee to the transporter on time and in the agreed manner.
- All orders are pre-packaged before shipping, sealed by PUMA.
- Provide the transporter with necessary information on the products to be transported, including:
- Recipient name, phone number and address;
- Order number;
- Include valid financial invoice or receipt of the product in the parcel (if any). Such invoice, receipt will be used as the basis to support the transporter and/or customers’ complaint handling process and to ensure the valid circulation of goods.
b. Rights and obligations of the transporter
- Ensure the complete and safe transport of the products to the designated address in the purchase order, on time.
- Bear the costs related to the transport of the products, unless otherwise agreed.
- The transporter will be responsible for transporting products that are in intact condition.
- Purchase civil liability insurance according to the provisions of law.
- Compensate PUMA for damages in case the transporter loses or damages the products, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise provided by law.
7. Payment
You can choose from a number of different payment types:

PUMA uses the following third party hosted solutions to process card payments:

Vietnam Multimedia Corporation (VTCPay) (License No. 31/GP-NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam on 24 February 2016);

M-PAY Trade and technology services joint stock company (M-PAY.,JSC) (License No. 76/GP-NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam on 7 December 2016);

ONEPAY Online service and commercial joint stock company (ONEPAY JSC) (License No. 06/GP-NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam on 24 February 2023).
This means that PUMA does not have access to your credit or debit card details.
You can track the status of the purchase order and any delay 24/7 via the provided channel. In case you want to cancel a delayed purchase order, PUMA will handle such request and proceed in accordance with its Return Policy.
8. Returns
Voluntary right of 14 days to return purchased products
Under PUMA’s Returns Policy, in most cases, customers may return products purchased through the PUMA Online Store if they change their mind about their purchase. Some exclusions apply, such as for underwear or customized / personalized items. You may return the products within 14 days after receiving the products, provided the products are complete, unused, in tag, and in the original condition and packaging in which you received them. To return products free of charge, please follow the returns instructions mentioned in the Returns Policy.
In the case of card payment, PUMA will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
PUMA will only credit the refund amount to you when PUMA has received the returned products that meet the eligibility conditions specified in the Returns Policy.
Returns of defective products
Please check your product carefully on delivery. If you discover a defect or if you consider that the product received differs from the product you ordered, we ask that you notify PUMA of the issue within 14 days of delivery and follow PUMA's instructions for making a claim.
We will assess your claim. If you are entitled to a refund, PUMA will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.

Statutory protections
You may have certain consumer rights and remedies under the law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Your rights under PUMA's returns policies apply in addition to any rights or remedies you have under such law.
9. Exchange
PUMA does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns when the return is in line with PUMA's Returns Policy.
10. Modification of Terms of Purchase
We may modify these Terms of Purchase at any time by posting the modified Terms of Purchase on the PUMA Online Store. Any modification will apply to any purchase of products through the PUMA Online Store, including orders submitted on the PUMA Online Store, and take effect upon being posted on the Website or a later effective date stated in the modified Terms of Purchase.
It is your responsibility to regularly check and understand the then-current Terms of Purchase before submitting an order. In any case, we will also notify you of the change, and you will be required to consent to the updated Terms of Purchase.
11. General
Privacy Policy
PUMA collects, uses and discloses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using the PUMA Online Store, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with the PUMA Privacy Policy.
Customer indemnity
You agree to indemnify PUMA for all reasonable loss and damage that PUMA may incur (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) as a result of you acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms of Purchase.
Entire agreement and non-exclusion of mandatory protections
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms of Purchase set out the entire agreement between you and PUMA for the purchase of products through the PUMA Online Store.
All implied conditions and warranties are excluded.
For the avoidance of doubt, your use of the website vn.puma.com, including the PUMA Online Store, is separately governed by the Terms of Use.
Non excludable protections
Despite any other provision in these Terms of Purchase, nothing herein is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the law that may not be lawfully excluded, restricted or modified ("Mandatory Protections"). To the extent permitted by law, PUMA limits its liability in relation to such Mandatory Protections as follows: (a) in respect of any service, to the resupply of the relevant service or paying the cost of that resupply; and (b) in respect of any product, the repair or replacement of the relevant product or paying the cost of such repair or replacement.
Governing law
These Terms of Purchase shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam.
Any dispute which may arise under these Terms of Purchase shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in accordance with its Rules of Arbitration.

12. Language
These Terms of Purchases are made in both English and Vietnamese, and both versions are equally valid. In case of any inconsistency or difference in interpretation between the two, the Vietnamese version shall prevail. The English version shall be deemed automatically amended to align with and conform to the Vietnamese version.
